These packages must be reserved with plenty of time to insure availability of Officiant and/or other mentioned amenities. Tree house is available only with Reservation. Use of Site without reserving one of our packages may be available, depending on the number of Guests you plan to bring with you. Inquire about this possibility. All Pricing is Approximate and is Not Guaranteed.

AMBROSIA - This Elopement Package can be reserved anytime. (Treehouse, to be determined.) Ceremony can be at one of several places on the property or in a Treehouse. Includes a Two night stay with Breakfast. Two Witnesses, Officiant, Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Cider. Price: $1,820 - $2,120 * Reserve with a $500 Non refundable but deductible deposit.

HIBISCUS - This Elopement Package can be reserved anytime there is availability in the Excalifir, with
at least a two week notice. Includes a One or Two night stay with Breakfast for the Bride and Groom, Officiant to perform the Ceremony in the Treehouse, Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Cider Toast.
4 Hours with up to Four Guests - $1,990 for One Night - $2,420 for Two Nights.
4 Hours with up to Six Guests - $2,160 for One Night - $2,580 for Two Nights.
($75 each for additional Guests over Four or Six. Max capacity is Ten, including Bride and Groom)
Reserve with $600 for One night or $800 for Two nights, non refundable but deductible Deposit and a $300 Refundable Damage Deposit in the form of a Check or Credit Card Hold.
Additional time is $180 per hour. All Guest must exit the property after the Four Hour Ceremony unless additional fee is paid in full. All Guests must be off the grounds no later than 10:30 pm. If Alcohol is being consumed beyond the complimentary toast, you will need to obtain additional Event Insurance.

BLOSSOM - This Elopement Package is available during our “Off Season” time frame. It includes Officiant to perform Ceremony in a Tree house, or elsewhere on the property depending on the weather, Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Cider Toast, Overnight Lodging in Excalifir with Breakfast for the Bride & Groom and Two, Four, or Six overnight Guests. Your Guests will have their own tree house, you can also have up to four stay with you in Excalifir if you prefer. Deposits are non refundable but deductible from the Total. A $300 Refundable Damage Deposit in the form of a Check or Credit Card Hold is required.
If Alcohol is being consumed beyond the complimentary toast, you may be required to obtain additional Event Insurance. If your party will be remaining on the property overnight. Keys for all vehicles to be left at the main house. Additional Requirements will be agreed to at our discretion. Please read Miscellaneous Information below regarding Children, Additional Insurance, Damage Deposit, etc.
$2,420 - Two Overnight Guests with Breakfast - $800 Deposit.
$2,760 - Four Overnight Guests with Breakfast - $800 Deposit.
$2,990 - Six Overnight Guests with Breakfast - $800 Deposit.
‘Bride & Groom’ can stay another night, before or after the ceremony, in Excalifir for an additional $300
Additional people @ $100 each. Max Capacity is Ten, “Including the Bride and Groom”
(Additional second night stays incur the regular stay rate in any tree house, including the Excalifir)
*Max capacity in Excalifir is Six; Eight IF there are Small Children. For a Ceremony with the Bride, Groom and Officiant, if you have additional Guests, assuming they are all Adults, your Ceremony in the
Tree house is likely to Exceed Capacity. The Weight Limits will be Strictly Enforced.
Please be aware, we have NO Outdoor Facilities for your Ceremony.
If weather complicates your plans, there will be No Refunds.
Overnight Accommodations

Calypso Treehouse - Sleeps Two, with flushing toilet, hot water sink, and Queen bed,
Shares a bath house with two separate showers, toilets, and sinks.
Cottage Treehouse - Sleeps Four, with flushing toilet, hot water sink, and two Full sized beds,
one in a loft, one on main floor. There is a door on the bathroom.
Shares a bath house with two separate showers, toilets, and sinks.
* Shiitake Treehouse with flushing toilet, hot water sink, and two Full sized beds
both in a loft you reach by climbing a ladder. There is a privacy curtain around the bathroom.
Shares a bath house with two separate showers, toilets, and sinks.
*In the event of freezing temperatures, Shiitake is Winterized, and will NOT be available.
Excalifir Treehouse with flushing toilet, hot water sink, private shower and kitchenette with microwave, flat screen T.V., Two Full size beds upstairs and a Full size downstairs w/optional small airbed.

DECORATIONS
Please refrain from glitter, confetti, party poppers or rice. Lavender, flower petals, birdseed,
bubbles, etc. are okay. Balloons must be removed from the property, and are discouraged
in large number. Tape is discouraged, tacks are okay, “in certain areas only.”
*Please consult with on site coordinator before decorating.
Pets are NOT Allowed
On the property nor left in cars on the property. Service animals are allowed but you must notify Vertical Horizons Treehouse Paradise if there is to be a service animal on the property 2 weeks prior.
Neither the ADA nor VHTP recognizes emotional support animals as service animals.
No Smoking in Tree Houses
The damage deposit will be forfeited if any cigarette trash is found outside of ash cans in smoking area(s). All smoking must be in designated areas which are near the ash containers.
As always, use best judgment to prevent damage or fires.
NO OPEN FLAME (including candles) may be used in any treehouse or on the property at anytime.
It is at the discretion of VHTP to allow or not, a Fire at the designated Fire Pit at anytime for any reason.
Points of Interest
If you are NOT an Oregon Resident, be aware that Oregon requires a three day waiting period before you can use your License. Your License is good for 60 days after issuance, and you must
Both be present with picture ID, proof of Social Security Numbers, and having a
copy of your Birth Certificate will make things go smoother.
Other options are to Marry in your State with Justice of the Peace, and have a mock Ceremony and reception here or have a licensed Officiant send in your Marriage License for you in your State and have an Ordained Minister perform your Ceremony here.
For Couples who do not want the State as a third party in their union, we offer unique Ceremonies through Canopy Celebrations - Mystree Ministree. Ordained Minister will custom write your Ceremony. Also available, Vow Renewals, Commitment Ceremonies, Eulogies, Blessings, Traditional and
Non Traditional, all affiliations. We can even perform the Ceremony up in the Canopy of a Tree.
