To be sure your accommodations are appropriate for your party it is important to read the description, and other information below. PLEASE contact us if you have any questions. We will not be held accountable if you arrive and have more guests than you have paid for, or the treehouse cannot accommodate your party. Deposits are for the full amount of your stay. Contact us if you have any questions or requests. We can email you an invoice if you prefer not to calculate the deposit amount. (*DO NOT use this reservation method for same day reservations or reservations for the following day. You must have direct contact with us to insure availability. There is NO Guarantee your treehouse will be ready for you to check in and there will be no refunds.) Read and understand our RATES. Do not place deposit for one night during the two night minimum time frame. This must be handled through us. There is an option for a 48 Hour Hold if you are concerned about travel schedules. You can expect contact from us usually within 24 hours. If you are unsure about details, choose this option. Thank you for your attention.

EXCALIFIR Sleeps 6 (up to 8 if you have small children in your party)

SPRING March 15 to June 5  $379 for Two

Add $30 per person, per night over the first Two.  One Night Stays from March 20 to April 10 

and May 24, 25, 26, Memorial Day weekend, add one night Cleaning Fee of $75

SUMMER  - Two Night Minimum - June 6 to September 2  $389 for Two

Add $35 per person, per night over the first Two.  *One Night stays cannot be Reserved 

until a couple days prior to the date you wish to stay. There is a 

$100 Cleaning Fee for one night stays and you must do this by contacting us directly.

FALL September 3 to October 31  $379 for Two. Add $30 per person per night over the first Two.

WINTER November 1 - March 14  $365 for Two. Add $25 per person per night over the first Two.

Breakfast is Optional. Add $15 per person per night if you wish to add this option.
