ABOUT Breakfast

Those who were lucky to have experienced Phil's fabulous Breakfast know what an amazing Chef he was. Phil passed away late July 2022. Words cannot express how much he is missed.

Cooking is Prohibited in all Tree Houses or anywhere near the them. A gas Grill and Prep Area is located at the Main House for your cooking needs. Instant Coffee, Teas, and Hot Cocoa, are supplied year round in the tree house. There is a hot water pot and small refrigerator.  Bottled water is available, however, "Water is Safe" to drink from the tap.  *Our current plan is likely to change, but is as follows. We will update as necessary. *

When weather can be wet and cold, you can request Breakfast to take up to the Treehouse with you. This can be picked up the night before to enjoy when you wake up. Or it can be left inside your Treehouse if you will be arriving late. If you are checking out in the morning and plan to take your Breakfast with you, Please let us know so that we can use To-Go packaging.

NOTE - BREAKFAST IS OPTIONAL - If you would like breakfast, there is a $10 per person, per night charge. *This Option must be decided at the time you make your reservation.

We will communicate with you about Breakfast. It may be at the Main House on the front patio, or we will deliver it to you the night before so that you can enjoy it in your Treehouse when you wake up. If we have planned for you to have breakfast at the main house, it is usually around 8:30 or 9:00 am. If you will be leaving before this time, inquire about a To-Go Breakfast for your Party no later than 6:PM the night before.  (541) 218-2718

Basic food choices that will most always be available are: Orange Juice, Instant Oatmeal, Cold Cereal, Milk might be Non-dairy Oat Milk, Scones, or other Breakfast Pastry, Fruit, occasionally fresh Smoothies. Yogurt or other type of Parfaits. Boiled Eggs. These are the basic items that will be available for To-Go Breakfasts and during the off season, however, when we find something we like, we'll add it. 

Winter Nesting Packages are different.  

Arrange to pick up freshly blended smoothies. Also you can ask for a coffee station, with a grinder, fresh beans, and drip filter. During the off season we are not always available for morning pick-up.

Breakfast selections you might expect during the Summer: scrambled egg / bacon breakfast sandwich, quiche, omelet, or other breakfast casserole. Hot Cereal, Warm Biscuits Gravy, Smoothies and we will be experimenting with different fruit dishes. This is our best guess today, and we will update moving forward. *Expect a surprise if Tara is visiting. "Wild N' Free" is her food business. Like her father, she knows how to make food a feast for your eyes.
