Additional People - Excalifir
For each person over the first Two, up to Six. Spring/March 15th - June 5th + $30 per person, per night. Summer/June 6th - September 2nd + $35 per person, per night. Fall/September 3 rd- October 31st + $30 per person, per night. Winter/November 1st - March 14th + $25 per person, per night. Please inquire if you have any questions.
Additional People - Cottage
For each person over the first Two, up to Four. Spring/March 15th - June 5th + $20 per person, per night. Summer/June 6th - September 2nd + $25 per person, per night. Fall/September 3rd - October 31st + $20 per person, per night. Winter/November 1st - March 14th + $15 per person, per night. Please inquire if you have any questions.
Additional People - Shiitake
For each person over the first Two, up to Four. Closed during Winter.
Spring usually by late April mid May - June 6th + $20 per person, per night. Summer/June 6th - September 2nd + $25 per person, per night.
Fall/September 3rd - October 31st + $20 per person, per night.

One Night Cleaning Fee.
June 6th through September 2nd there is a Two Night Minimum.
"After Inquiring" if your One Night Request is accepted, you can apply this fee, currently $65 for Cottage or Shiitake and $100 for Excalifir.
Breakfast
Be sure to inquire about Breakfast Availability before paying, breakfast is not always available. Currently Breakfast is $25 per person, per night.
