This Tree House is extravagant, with two stories of spacious elegance. Upstairs are two full sized beds with a ceiling fan, room divider and a pop up for plenty of room to walk around. A Cat Walk takes you to a private balcony. Stained Glass is just one of the exquisite details you will find in this treehouse. Decking all around the lower half, with a full sized fold out bed on the main floor. The capacity for ExcaliFIR is six. Please see Rates for details about additional people. Well insulated and heated the ExcaliFIR rents year round. It's equipped with a toilet, hot & cold water sink, a "private shower", small refrigerator, hot water pot, microwave and flat screen TV.

In the Summer double occupancy is $350 per night. $35 per night over the first two. Check our RATES for current pricing. No charge for Children under age two. *In the winter the longer you stay the less you pay.

*Winter rentals are subject to inclement weather conditions, as per Josephine County Building and Safety. Inclement Weather is defined as 12 or more hours of sub-freezing weather during each 24 hour day. Our Treehouses meet our standards for winter rental however, to be able to offer them we must inform you of this, to comply with the criteria and maintain our conditional use permit.
