The Cottage Tree House

This Tree House rents year round. It is equipped with a ½ bath and Loft, with two full sized beds, one in the loft and one below. Showers are located at the main guest facility next to the main house. There is a small refrigerator located in the Cottage and a hot pot to heat water. Cooking is prohibited in all Tree Houses or anywhere near the them. A BBQ is located at the main house for your cooking needs.

The rate for this Tree House in the summer months (Memorial Day - Labor Day) is $220 per night plus tax, double occupancy. $10 per person, per night for over two people There is a two night minimum. Price includes Gourmet Breakfast for your party.(A $30 cleaning fee will be applied to one night stays.)
*Also if there are more than four adults, you should inquire, Tree Houses do have limitations.

During the ‘Off Season’,(Labor Day - Memorial Day, excluding some holidays) the rate is $190 per night plus tax, double occupancy. (No one night cleaning fee.) Extra persons are $10 per night, per person. Breakfast is *Continental Deluxe.

*Winter Rentals are subject to Inclement Weather as per Josephine County Building and Safety. Inclement Weather is defined as 12 or more hours of sub-freezing weather during each 24 hour day. Our Treehouses meet our standards for winter rental however, to be able to offer them we must inform you of this, to comply with the criteria and maintain our conditional use permit.
