This Tree Houses’ elaborate angled layout exceeds any Tree House yet.  Its charming Tudor style design is pure class.  The Calypso took nearly two years to complete, finishing just in time for our 2008 Season.

You access this Tree House by a bridge that forms a small deck around the front. Well insulated, with a heater and ceiling fan, the Calypso rents year round. It is equipped with a toilet, hot & cold water sink, a small refrigerator and a hot water pot. There is one full sized bed and a small futon that could sleep two small children, or one adult.

The Rates for all our tree houses are the same. Double Occupancy, in the winter months; October through June, the cost is $180 per night, with a $20 per night charge for each additional person. This includes a Continental Deluxe breakfast.

Our Gourmet Breakfast is served in the Summer Months, and is not to be missed!
Rates in the summer are $240 double occupancy and a $20 per person, per night charge for over two. We do two and three night minimums in the summer; occasional one night stays are available, there is a $20 cleaning charge for these; June through September. 

The Calypso is also used to facilitate our Winter Nesting Packages. (Winter rentals are subject to inclement weather conditions, as per Josephine County Building and Safety. Please inquire for further information.)
